HOSA Practice is an AI-powered study tool for HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) competitors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to HOSA-Future Health Professionals®. HOSA-Future Health Professionals® is a registered trademark of HOSA and is used here solely for descriptive purposes.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to access it.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Subscriptions (Pro and Max) renew automatically each month on your billing date.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice via email.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute quiz questions or any content from this platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the service.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI question generation system or circumvent any access controls.

Quiz questions on this platform are generated by artificial intelligence (Groq's Llama model) and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify your answers against official HOSA study materials, guidelines, and references before your competition.

This platform is a supplementary practice tool — it is not a substitute for official HOSA preparation resources and does not guarantee any specific competition result.

The HOSA Practice application, its code, design, and branding are the property of Shaunak Acharya. HOSA-Future Health Professionals® is a registered trademark of HOSA and is used descriptively. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on this application without written permission.

HOSA Practice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for your performance in HOSA competitions or any other outcome resulting from use of this service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
